Questions

How do I find an error in my JSON?

JSON that can't be read shows why, with its line and column and the line marked where it goes wrong, such as a missing comma or an extra quote.

Can it read JSON with comments?

Yes: allow comments and trailing commas, as in JSONC config files, and they're taken out before it's read.

What does minify do?

It takes out every space and line break, making the JSON as small as it can be for sending or storing.

Is my JSON uploaded?

No, it's checked and formatted by your browser, so API keys and private data stay on your device.
